my process

FIX __The tough part of this course was how to introduce so many products and solutions in a way that was contextual and engaging. Too much information too fast is not going to stick, and employees needed to be able to quickly comprehend, not only what the products do, but how they work together to offer customers complete solutions. The design behind this project was to help the learner identify the CONTEXT for the product by recognizing key words
